Designer Hire is committed to bringing our clients the latest garments to rent for a fraction of the retail cost. We like to make the hiring process as simple, cheap and stress-free as possible to ensure your Designer Hire experience is a good one. We are constantly striving to provide the best service possible because we know you’re busy and we want to make things easy for you. We currently offer multiple services to make your experience amazing, so have a read below to see why Designer Hire is the right choice for you.

HIRE | WEAR | RETURN

All garments are booked online via our user friendly booking system. Simply select your garment, then your hire period and add it to your cart. Upon checking out, select your delivery method which can be via return express shipping or pick-up from one of our two Sydney locations –  Sutherland Shire or Northern Beaches. Cleaning is on us so either return via the pre-paid satchel included in the return shipping option or drop back to your selected pick up location at the end of your hire period. EXTENDED HOLIDAY RENTALS
Our 15-day extended hire option allows you to take something from our collection with you on your next trip. We can also customise this if you want to take something for a little longer as well. Our only condition is that the garment needs to travel in your carry-on luggage to ensure its safety during transit. We also offer a 15% discount when you book 2 or more garments and we can organise that code for you via email request. Our extended hire rate is still affordable at less than 30% of the RRP of the garment so why not ensure you have some stylish garments to make your next holiday a glamorous one. Enquire now
DISCOUNTED EXPRESS DELIVERY AUS & NZ WIDE
We know how important it is for your garment to arrive on time so we use express post delivery to ensure next day delivery to all major cities, and 2-3 days for rural areas and New Zealand. We even discount the standard rate for two bags to make shipping as affordable as possible. If you’re in Sydney and need an outfit last minute we can even organise same day delivery for only an extra $5.  For full shipping details please click through to our Shipping & Returns page.
STYLING APPOINTMENTS
We know that renting can be a stressful experience if you aren’t sure of the sizing of different designer garments. To eleviate the stress of a garment not fitting, we are happy to offer obligation free try-on appointments at our in-home show room. You can come down, browse the range and try on an array of outfits in order to find the perfect one for your event. Styling sessions are via appointment in Sutherland Shire, Sydney. We also are currently mailing out our formal range for try on’s for a $40 fee, this service isn’t available for garments outside of the formal range. Email now to organise an appointment.
FREE BACK-UP GARMENT
For our interstate clients, we know that a try-on appointment isn’t an option so we are more than happy to provide you with a free back-up garment. If you have a super special occasion and love a dress but are a little worried about the fit, then this is the perfect solution for you. Simply try both garments on and leave the tag on the garment you aren’t wearing so we know which item was worn. When checking out, simply indicate in the notes section two other dresses you would like as a back-up and we will include the one that is available at the time of your booking.
PICK UP FROM 2 SYDNEY LOCATIONS
To make things easier for you, we currently offer free pick up from two different Sydney locations – Manly and Barden Ridge. You can pick up your hire before the event and drop back to the same location after. With locations in the North and South of Sydney we are aiming to provide two potential collection locations to save you postage expenses and travel time.

Whether you have a black tie ball to attend or you simply want something different for Sunday afternoon drinks, we have something to suit you. With our range continuing to grow we endeavour to offer a wide selections of brands, styles and sizes to suit all our DH ladies. Our aim has always been to provide a fun and stylish range with the latest trends. We want our collection to be bright and colourful to bring out your bubbly personality.
